Whoever dreamed up T-ball is a genius: Every kid on the field gets a taste of the fun and joy of the game before they taste the disappointment of striking out.
In T-ball, a baseball is placed on a rubber tee about waist-high to the 5- and 6-year-old batters. Players swing until they hit the ball and then run. on my first night as a coach, the very first batter hit the ball far into the outfield. Suddenly every player from every position ran to get the ball instead of staying where they were supposed to. When one of them reached it, there was nobody left in the infield for him to throw it to! All the players were standing together—cheering with unrestrained exuberance!
Those who have recently come to know Jesus as Savior have an unrestrained joy that is a delight to be around as well. We rejoice with them, and so do the angels in heaven! (Luke 15:7). New Christians are in love with God and excited about knowing Him and learning from His Word.
Those who’ve been Christians for a long time may get discouraged with the struggles of the Christian life and forget the joy of new-found faith. So take the opportunity to rejoice with those who’ve come to faith. God can use them to inspire you to renew your own commitment to Jesus.
Rejoice, O soul, your debt is paid,For all your sins on Christ were laid;We’ve been redeemed, we’re justified—And all because the Savior died. — D. DeHaan

Luke 15:1-7
[1] Now the tax collectors and "sinners" were all gathering around to hear him. [2] But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, "This man welcomes sinners and eats with them." [3] Then Jesus told them this parable: [4] "Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Does he not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? [5] And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders [6] and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.' [7] I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.

티볼 같은 믿음
[ 누가복음 15:1 - 15:7 ] - 찬송가283장
여호와로 인하여 기뻐하는 것이 너희의 힘이니라 - 느헤미야 8:10
티볼 경기를 생각해낸 사람이 누군지는 모르겠지만 천재입니다. 구장에 나온 모든 아이들이 삼진의 좌절감을 맛보기 전에 야구경기의 재미와 즐거움을 맛볼 수 있게 해줍니다.
티볼 경기에서는 대여섯 살 난 타자들의 허리높이에 맞추어 야구공을 고무로 된 받침기둥 위에 올려놓습니다. 타자들이 공을 칠 때까지 방망이를 휘두르다가 공을 치게 되면 달립니다. 내가 코치를 맡은 첫날 밤 첫 타자가 외야 쪽으로 멀리 공을 쳤습니다. 갑자기 수비하던 모든 선수들이 자기 위치를 떠나 공을 잡으려고 달려갔습니다. 그들 중 한 명이 공을 잡았지만 공을 던져도 받아줄 내야수가 자리를 떠나 한 명도 없었습니다! 모든 선수들이 다 함께 서서 마구 환호성치고 있었던 것입니다!
예수님을 막 구주로 영접한 사람들은 넘치는 기쁨을 주체하지 못합니다. 그런 사람들과 함께 있는 것 역시 참 즐겁습니다. 우리는 그들과 함께 기뻐하고 하늘에 있는 천사들도 기뻐합니다!(눅 15:7). 초신자들은 하나님과 사랑에 빠져 있어서 하나님을 알게 된 것과 그분의 말씀을 배우는 것을 즐거워합니다.
오랫동안 믿음 생활을 해온 사람들은 그리스도인의 삶을 사는 데 따르는 어려움 때문에 기운이 빠져있거나 처음에 새로 믿게 되었을 때의 기쁨을 잊어버리기도 합니다. 그러므로 초신자들과 함께 기뻐할 수 있는 기회를 가져보십시오. 하나님은 그들을 사용하여 예수님에 대한 당신의 헌신을 새롭게 하도록 깨달음을 주실 것입니다.
나의 모든 죄가 예수님에게 전가되었으니 기뻐하라, 오 영혼아, 빚이 탕감되었네 이를 위해 구주께서 돌아가셨기에 우리는 구원받아 의롭게 되었네
주의 구원의 즐거움을 내게 회복시키시고 - 시편 51:12
