아침산책 길에서...

약 1시간의 걷기를 시작하는 길목입니다.    

 

Big Bear Mountain /Snow Summit

여기서 저 눈덮인 산까지는 68 miles(약 110 km) 거리입니다. 

 

 북쪽 추운 지역의 사람들이 내려와 동네공원에서 겨울휴가를 보냅니다.

이 부근에서는 방해가 될까봐 speed walking을 해서 지나오곤하지요.

 

멀리 히미하게 보이는 산이

View from far away,

Mt. San Jacinto. On this side, Idlewild is up the mountain, Hemet and San Jacinto are at the bottom. 

On the other side, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is at the top and Palm Springs is at the bottom.

오늘 처음 만났는데 움직임이 초랭이라 마음을 주기가 어려운 새인데 그래도 따라다닌다.^^

I love the snowy egret, one of my favorite birds.

 

 

I never tire of looking at these stunningly beautiful birds.

I particularly liked how the sun shone through the wings.

내가 좋아하는 F-16 Fighting Falcon처럼 날아간다.

 

 

푸른하늘에 그려지는 contrail은 마음을 시원하게 해준다.

한없이 바라보노라니 어지럼이...

어릴적에 고향집 마당에서 즐겼던 짓인데 지금도... ^^

겨울철에 내려와서 평화로움을 주는 캐나다 오리들입니다.
