                Loneliness comes when we forget  about the one who is always with us. 
                외로움은 우리와 늘 함께 계시는 하나님을 잊을 때 찾아온다. 
      

Date: 2011-08-05 Read:Psalm 68:1-10 A HARD GOODBYE A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His holy habitation.  -Psalm 68:5 Hymn464 When our youngest son joined the Army, we knew that challenges lay ahead. We knew that he would face danger and be tested physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We also knew that insome ways our home would never fully be his home again. In the months leading up to his  departure, my wife and I steeled ourselves forthese challenges.  Then the day came when Mark had to report. We hugged and said our goodbyes, and then he walked into the recruiting station, leaving me with a moment for which I was decidedly  unprepared. The pain of that hard goodbye felt unbearable. At the risk of sounding overly dramatic, I can’t remember when I have wept as hard as I did that day. The hard goodbye, and the sense of loss it delivered, cut me to the heart.    In such moments, I am thankful to have a heavenly Father who knows what it is to be separated from a beloved Son. I am thankful to have a God who is described as “a father of the fatherless, a defender of widows” (Ps. 68:5). I believe that if He cares for the orphaned and the widows in their loneliness, He will also care for me and comfort me-even in those moments  when I face the struggles that accompany hard goodbyes.-Bill Crowder  When our loved ones say goodbye  And we have to be apart,  God can fill our loneliness  With His presence in our heart. -Sper  Loneliness comes when we forget  about the one who is always with us.

날짜: 2011-08-05 시편 68:1-10 힘든 이별 그 거룩한 처소에 계신 하나님은 고아의 아버지시 며 과부의 재판장이시라 －시편 68:5 찬송가464 막내아들이 육군에 지원했을 때, 우리는 우리 앞에 닥쳐 올 도전들을 알고 있었습니다. 그가 위험들에 직면할 것이며 또 육체적, 정신적, 영적 도전을 받을 것이라는 사실을 알고 있었습니다. 또 어떤 면에서는 우리 가정도 이전과 같은 가정의 역할을 그에게 더 이상 할 수 없다는 것도 알고 있었습니다. 그래서 그가 떠나기 몇 달 전부터, 나와 내 아내는 이러한 도전들에 대해 단단히 각오하고 있었습니다.  그러던 중 아들 마크가 입대하는 날이 되었습니다. 우리가 서로 포옹하고 작별을 고한 후, 그가 모병소로 걸어 들어갔을 때, 나는 전혀 예상치 않았던 순간에 직면했습니다. 그 힘든 작별의 아픔을 정말 견딜 수가 없었던 것입니다. 너무 극적으로 들릴지도 모르지만, 그 날처럼 심하게 울어 본 기억이 없었습니다. 그 힘든 작별과, 그 작별이 주는 허망함은 내 가슴을 찢어 놓았던 것입니다.  하지만 그런 순간 속에서도 나는, 사랑하는 아들과 헤어지는 것이 어떤 것인지를 아시는 하나님 아버지가 내게 계시다는 것을 정말 감사히 생각하고 있었습니다. 나는 “고아의 아버지시며 과부의 재판장” (시 68:5)으로 표현 되시는 하나님이 계심을 감사하고 있습니다. 하나님께서 고아들과 과부들을 그들이 외로울 때에 돌보신다면, 내가 힘든 작별을 감당해야 하는 이 순간에 나를 돌보시고 위로 하시리라 믿고 있습니다.  사랑하는 사람들이 작별을 고하고  우리가 서로 헤어지게 될 때  하나님께서는 우리의 가슴 속에 임재하심으로  우리의 외로움을 달래주시네  외로움은 우리와 늘 함께 계시는  하나님을 잊을 때 찾아온다.

 ¹ Let God arise,
         Let His enemies be scattered; 
         Let those also who hate Him flee before Him.
 ² As smoke is driven away,
         So drive them away; 
         As wax melts before the fire, 
         So let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
 ³ But let the righteous be glad;
         Let them rejoice before God; 
         Yes, let them rejoice exceedingly. 
         
 ⁴ Sing to God, sing praises to His name;
         Extol Him who rides on the clouds,^[a]
         By His name YAH, 
         And rejoice before Him. 
         
 ⁵ A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows,
         Is God in His holy habitation.
 ⁶ God sets the solitary in families;
         He brings out those who are bound into prosperity; 
         But the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
         
 ⁷ O God, when You went out before Your people,
         When You marched through the wilderness,  Selah  
 ⁸ The earth shook;
         The heavens also dropped rain at the presence of God; 
         Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
 ⁹ You, O God, sent a plentiful rain,
         Whereby You confirmed Your inheritance, 
         When it was weary.
 ¹⁰ Your congregation dwelt in it;
         You, O God, provided from Your goodness for the poor.
